Terms of service

Last updated 13 October 2026.

These terms govern your use of runpraxis.ai and its pages (the “Website”), operated by Praxis Legal Inc. (“Praxis”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Praxis service

Praxis provides AI software that runs a law firm’s client journey under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers. Access to the Praxis service is provided only under a signed agreement between Praxis and a law firm. If you use the service under such an agreement, that agreement governs your use of the service and prevails over these terms where they differ.

Not legal advice

Praxis is a software company, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or legal services, and using the Website or the service does not create an attorney-client relationship with Praxis. Content on the Website, including our blog, is for general information only. Lawyers who use Praxis remain responsible for the legal work they deliver and for reviewing and approving what Praxis prepares.

Early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Praxis. We invite people in the order and at the pace we choose, and we may change or end early access at any time.

Estimates and tools

Tools on the Website, such as the ROI calculator, give estimates based on the information you enter and general assumptions. They are illustrations, not guarantees of results.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Website in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, our systems or anyone else’s data;

  • interfere with the Website, including by introducing malware or overloading it;

  • scrape, copy or reverse engineer the Website or the service, or use them to build a competing product;

  • submit information that is false, or that you do not have the right to share.

Please do not submit confidential or privileged client information through the Website’s public forms.

Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, software and the Praxis name, belong to Praxis or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share Website pages for your own reference. Any other use requires our written permission. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

The Website may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal information through the Website and the service.

Disclaimers

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to USD 100.
